• Can I see a sample of my order after I placed the order?
  Yes, definitely. We will send you an order confirmation email to you within 24 hours after you place the order. The email will include your shipping address, the text which will be shown on the card, and also an image file of the sample card of your order.
• Can I proof the card before it is shipped?
  Yes, definitely. Any comments or modification about your order is welcome. We would like to get your confirmation within 24 hours after we send out the order confirmation email. We will NOT start printing your cards until we get your email approval.The shipping date will be started to count after we get your confirmation.
• How can I send you photo?
  If you would like to order our photo birth announcement, you can send us the photo in any of the following three ways as you like: to email to us at support@happygreetings.net, to upload the photo when you place order, or to upload the photo after you place the order. For the third method, please have your order number and email address available to login to our order status check center. We prefer digital photos. You can email to us at support@happygreetings.net or upload the photo when you place the order or after you place the order. The preferred photo file is JPEG.
• What is your shipping process?
  We provide three kinds of shipping and handling method: standard (5 business day), two business days and one business day, i.e. we will ship the order out within 5, 2 or 1 business day after we receive the confirmation from you. You can select which one you would like. After we receive your order, we will start to process it as soon as possible. Within 24 hours, we will send you an email to confirm about the order. In the email, we will confirm with you about the shipping address,and other realted order information. We will also attach a sample card image for your review. Any if you need to make any modification, just reply the email.
  We would like to get your confirmation within 24 hours. We will NOT start printing your cards until we get your email approval. If we do not receive any email back about the confirmation after 24 hours, we will assume you accept the sample and we will start to print the order. The shipping date will be started to count after we get your confirmation.
• How to check my order status?
  After you place order, you can go to our order status checking center to check your order status by using the order confirmation number and your email address.
• Would you fix the imprefection on the photo?
  We would strongly recommend you send us a photo you think prefect. We might customize the photo to fit the cards.
• Can I use a professional photo?
  Yes, you can, but please get the permission from your photographer before you use it.
• What kind of payment do you accept?
  We use the secured payment gateway Paypal, and we accepted any payment method Paypal accepts.
• Are envelopes included?
  Yes, we offer free envelopes for your cards. If you would like to have your returned address printed on the envelopes, we would love to do so for you with a minimum handling fee.
• Can I reorder after my order is shipped?
  Yes, absolutely. Just go to our order status checking center, and select the cards your would like to reorder and click the reorder button.
• Is it safe to order online?
  Yes, absolutely. We use the secured payment gateway Paypal and your payment information is absolutely secured. We will not disclosure your baby information and your shipping information to any third party.
• Can I get a sample card?
  Yes. we offer sample order, which is $2 each and $0.5 for shipping. If you are satisfied with the sample order and would like to order more, please go to our order status checking center to order more cards. And we will refund you the money of the sample order once we get your order.
• Can I return the order I made?
  As the cards are personalized cards, we cannot accept the return of the shipped order. If you really want to make sure about the card quality, we would recommend you order a sample card. The sample card is $2 each and $0.5 for shipping. If you are satisfied with the sample order and would like to order more, we will refund you the money of the sample order once we get your order.
• If I have question or concern about my order, what should I do?
  Please do not hesitate to email us at support@happygreetings.net about any question or concern you have about our product or your order, we will reply to you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
